In April of 2023, we opened our new business, South Coast Paddock to Plate. We wanted to be as close to farm-to-shop as possible—a genuine paddock-to-plate business with nothing going to waste.

It was then that I discovered the beauty of organic tallow for cooking, which led me to tallow skin care. The balm was my first experiment, and over time, I was able to perfect and purify it until it was ready for retail sale. But what to call this amazing product?

Happy Moo! Aptly named after my pet cow, Honey Moo Moo, because she is simply an amazingly happy moo with absolutely no boundaries.

The balm then led me to create more and more products, driven by requests from customers with skin conditions and those who wanted all-natural products without the nasty chemicals found in today’s skin care. I have spent months researching the best natural products for all different kinds of conditions because helping people is what I love to do.
