In April 2023, we opened the doors to our new business — South Coast Paddock to Plate. Our vision was simple: to stay as close to farm-to-shop as possible. A true paddock-to-plate experience, where nothing goes to waste and every product has a purpose.

That journey led to an unexpected discovery — the beauty and versatility of organic tallow. What began as a kitchen experiment with tallow for cooking soon turned into something more. I started formulating a balm, refining and purifying it until it was ready for retail. But what should I call this little jar of goodness?

Happy Moo was born.
Named after my beloved pet cow, Honey Moo Moo — a joyful, cheeky soul with no concept of boundaries — the name felt like the perfect tribute. And the balm was just the beginning.

As word spread, so did the requests — from people seeking all-natural, chemical-free skincare, especially for sensitive skin and specific conditions. Inspired by their needs and fuelled by a passion for helping others, I spent months researching the best natural ingredients for a wide range of skin concerns.

Today, Happy Moo continues to grow — made on the farm, with love, just for you.
